Human Resources Functional Leadership

Worked closely with the CPO to build the infrastructure of a full-service Human Resources team, responsible for the employee experience lifecycle. Laid the groundwork for and ensured the evolution of, compensation, employee relations and HR business partnering, internal communications; onboarding; organizational design; performance feedback; talent management; and training and development. Ensured HR department talent fit into, supported, and aligned to the business’ structure and needs. Oversaw a managed pace of employee growth, from 90 to 900+ employees, to meet the needs of the business.

Represented the voice of the employees to all levels of executive leadership, represented leadership’s perspectives to the employee population. Always bringing the human element and voice into the conversation.

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

Led needs analyses and established strategies for employee programming designed to maintain a supportive workplace culture where all can thrive and belong. Programming created leadership opportunities, boosted retention, established career paths, and strengthened connections, collaborations and sense of community.

• Part of the corporate communication team ensuring employees stayed informed on all policies, best practices and cultural events for employees.

• Created and curated the organization's home office staff philanthropic efforts for 20+ years. Developing and maintaining relationships with partner non-profits to provide opportunities for employees to lead give back initiatives to support the communities in which we work and live.

• Designed and led 3 corporate-wide campaigns to create opportunities for connection, collaboration, and fun, driving engagement through participation and leadership.
