Inventory Control Manager – AFI Mobile Upfitter Kansas City, MO 2020 Nov – Present

Instrumental in the overhaul of AFI’s entire inventory system. Including resizing the square footage of the facility’s inventory space, sourcing out racking, setting up racking, initiating a system to improve accuracy, transparency, and mitigate loss. Process also included training all warehouse personnel to better support production through these improvements. Established a scanning system to instantaneously update all transactions.
