Freshworks Team Lead, Senior Systems Engineer 2019 - Present
● Manage build out and planning of 2 different offices in the US including Zoom Rooms, physical security (cloud based camera and access systems) and Network infrastructure.
● Work closely with multiple Global teams on a day-to-day basis, as well as implement and plan large scale projects. (Security, Infrastructure, Application Development.)
● Guide migrations from Google Workspace to Microsoft Azure, verifying use of best practices and industry standards.
