Hosted workshops, facilitated communication between the IT component and the Technical Operations department, and met requirements across Document Management, Transfer section, Fleet Section, Assembly section, and Regulatory section.

*Assessed the capabilities of a newly launched SAP PEO solution to replace a defense contractor's proprietary system and facilitate management of Production Work and Planning. Documented business processes, created business use cases, established KPIs, and facilitated compliance of the solution vendor.

*Partnered with the University of South Carolina team to develop resources necessary to enable IBM GBS and deliver Visual Insights solutions with the subsequent inclusion of Acoustic Insights and Predictive Quality Insights.

*Worked as the Global Process Owner for After Market and Asset Management sections on a proposal to a Canadian recreational products manufacturer. Delivered a solution to embrace the Dealer Network and provided an Asset Management Maintenance solution for manufacturing equipment.

*Completed the proposal sections for NATO associated with Planning and Execution of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work of a new fleet of aerial equipment, the provision of the associated materials, tooling and labor, the long term development planning for the maintenance facilities and for the operational maintenance of the units whilst on operational duty in the field.

*Designed and documented several solution Proof of Concept (POC) scenarios for a major North American telecommunications service provider in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Showcased the IBM solution suite of products.

*3 months assessing the existing MAXIMO for Aviation solution, and supported development of additional features to expand services.
