Over my career, which has mostly been in the Circus arts and management, I have created relationships and nurtured those relationships over time. From my first summer program, I have assessed skill levels on the fly, created a course of improvement aimed at groups of differing skill levels (and maturity) and brought kids of all ages from beginner to performer in as little as a week.

I have worked with all ages (3-81) on aerials, ground skills and magic, adapting my teaching style and methods to whatever capacity or handicap presented itself. I have worked with everyone with the sole intention of having them be more capable than they thought they were. I have done program, project and event planning; highly transferable skills, and have taken my energetic approach to Circus into everything I do since I dislike being idle and am always looking to learn more.

As a business owner, I have been solely responsible for sales, marketing, project management back office, and other business functions. I know what it takes to keep a business running and I understand the hours you have to put it to outcome success.
