Job Involvement and activities:

My position involves smooth and efficient operation of all the processing and

decoration of foods and food retails.

1) Help the executive chef to order daily requirement of the kitchen serving

2) Develop production specifications safety and hygiene

3) Prepare and cook meats fish, vegetable, sauces, cereals, soups, fruits,

bakery products and other forms of food.

4) Prepare and cooks foods for special diets from recipes formulated by

qualified personnel.

5) Assist in the job training and assist in directing the work of food service

workers, and other employees within area of assignment.

6) Assist in preparation of Salads and desserts

7) Notifies supervisor of food and supplies needed Checks in food and
