OBJECTIVE

I am currently seeking a permanent position in the FOH of the hospitality industry. My multi-tasking capabilities, organizational skills, and strong passion for the industry, all prove to be attributes to a team environment. WORK EXPERIENCE

Server (Breakfast and Lunch)

Speggtacular

Speggtacular is a high volume restaurant located on Clearwater Beach. All of the servers are responsible for making alcoholic drinks and frozen drinks as well as running their own food and often bussing their own tables. I absolutely love this job, and would like to have a secondary job that works well around the schedule here.

Server (Lunch and Dinner)

Abes Place

Abes Place is a very high volume, family oriented restaurant. Servers were required to maintain a 4 to 5 table section, and help run all food by means of a tray. We served full liquor and beer and wine, and the guests were almost always on a wait during high volume times. I was recognized as a strong server here and was often put on the patio to maintain a ten table section on the weekends.

18 On the Rocks

The atmosphere at 18 On the Rocks is of true Floridian flavor. I waited tables here and maintained a Steady bar on Monday and Tuesday nights in the back Dining room. The business was steady off season and was high volume during the season.

The Hurricane Restaurant

This is a fast paced and high volume tourist stop. I was responsible for greeting all customers promptly, explaining the featured menu items and setting a scene that was conducive to a Florida Beach vacation environment! All servers helped run each other's food and drinks; tip outs to bussers, bartenders and hostesses were regulated by management.

Brew City Restaurant

Brew City was a family oriented sports bar and restaurant. My duties included seating customers, busing my own tables, and running my own food. When the weather permitted, the Tiki Bar would open for the weekend. My duties as their designated Tiki Bartender included stocking the bar each night mixing full liquor drinks (including frozen specialties), and tracking my ticket times to run my own food.

Bentley’s Blues Bar

Bentley's was a brand new lounge that opened in downtown Tarpon Springs. This is where I learned to take liquor inventory,book shows and schedule staff members for events. I worked hands on behind the bar making mixed drinks and serving tables when needed. The pace always seemed to be based on the type of show that was booked, so being prepared for anything was a necessity.
