Accomplishments: Managed a $250 million portfolio while originating over $15 million in new commercial and commercial loans each year, thereby

generating fee income for banks.

Served as voting member of the Officers' loan committee. Progressive increase in officer's lending authority to $250,000.

Successfully raised $5.5 million in capital for a de novo (start - up) bank in 2008 based in Orlando, Florida.

As a Senior Loan Specialist for the SBA Payroll Protection Program supervised seven loan specialist and generated

over 40 loans per day ranging from $50,000 to $150,000.

As the Senior Financial Underwriter, lead a group that provide $250,000 in Grants per commercial borrower due to the

hardship from TS Harvey in August of 2017. This was a Grant program with $100 million provided by the Texas General

Land Office.

While working for the Resolution Trust Corporation as a Senior Asset Manager, was a key contributor in the award of an additional

SAMDA contract to an Ontre private contractor through skill full preparation of over 35 cases in less than two months.

Substantially reduced projected foreclosure rate by as much as 40% using F.A.S.B. 15 accounting treatment, resulting in a lower

loan-loss provision and increased profitability for the bank.

Employment: Over the past ten years, I have maintained a professional financial services management career in Central Florida. Form my own SBA firm to work with Fifth Third Bank on the underwriting of SBA 7(a) and SBA 504 loan programs and compensated at a rate of $2,500 per closed loans.

Most recently worked with a vendor on the Payroll Protection Program as a Senior Loan Specialist.

Also work with a vendor on a short-term contract called Texas Back in Business on Grants from the Texas GLO department based in Austin, Texas. Worked in Houston office. From these two positions established a book of customers and loans. Both short term contract labor positions.

I have extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and commercial real estate lending and have worked at a couple

of community banks and a couple of regional banks with a loan portfolio of up to $250 million under my direction. I have

obtained the recognition of a Vice President with individual lending authority up to $250,000.

For a period of three years was the Project Manager and a Founder of a de novo (start up) bank called Semoran National Bank approved

by the O.C.C. in March of 2008.

In addition, worked as a licensed Sr. Retail Specialist of "Grubb & Ellis World Wide Solutions" international firm for two years.

Prior to this time, worked as a banker for many years starting in 1983 with Frost National Bank in San Antonio, Texas
