Grab products from the production line and place them on the corresponding pallets with the same number

Once the pallets would be at least five to six feet high and at least 850 pounds, plastic wrap the pallets a few times so they wouldn’t fall over

I was skilled enough to drive a sit down forklift and would then grab the pallets and take them to the wrap machine

Once the pallets were properly wrapped to standard, I loaded the pallets into the trailers

In a timely fashion, drive to the correct aisle and select the items I were assigned to pick

Each pick was under a time limit, the faster I picked the correct items the more minutes I would have to pick the next order, minuets equated to a percentage that would be calculated into incentive money for each pay period

If the furniture were missing parts I went to the “Holds” department and found the correct piece from damage/ returned product

If certain pieces of furniture were off by a few shades of color, I touched them up and made them look proper to company standards
