(1200-1500 fundings and growing) - servicing for updates in the probate process timeline, communicating with estate attorneys, administrators and heirs/ customers, pulling ROAs (court dockets and documents) to determine the progression and needs of the estate and progress, retaining outside counsel to progress stagnant files, working with company accountant to record and track repayments each day, month, quarter, and year, preparing documents for filing in clerk of courts, releases, receipts, and rebates. Used multiple screens with multiple programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Teams, Whiteboard, Call Tower, Ring Central, CRM, BOX, etc.

- Customer Service Sales Representative- ACG/ AT&T- Outbound Customer Service and Sales calls 80-200 daily to upgrade from 3G to 4-5G service and devices (phones, iPads, watches, etc) while also introducing and upselling internet, hotspot, and direct TV. Sales quota always met or exceeded allowing comprehensive commission and bonuses.
