• Worked in partnership with IT to implement a new billing system which consolidated three billing platforms into one new system after our Ameripride acquisition.

• Collaborated with the sales, supply chain, operations, finance and executive teams on process improvements and needs.

• Developed system enhancements in order to streamline the billing team’s activities and allow for improved processing accuracy therefore providing for a better customer experience and enhanced productivity.

• Implemented training tools for three billing teams consisting of 110 associates in the US (Lexington, KY, Minneapolis, MN) and Canada (Toronto).

• Developed and mentored the billing team managers to become better leaders within their teams.

• The teams processed customer account creations (900/week), customer maintenance (10,000/week), customer credit processing (2,000/week) and generated customer invoices (600,000/week).

• Created efficiencies along with standards to ensure teams could support a total of 124 production facilities. This resulted in the elimination of several hundred hours of overtime weekly.
