Apr. 2023 – Present Westside Community Focus – Residential Coordinator

At this location I have 6 clients that I am responsible for their daily lives from scheduling their lifestyles, work, doctor appointments, medication regiment’s, ISP, taking them to appointments, grocery shopping and doing life activities.

I work with the county to assure that their ISP’s are done once a year and that they best fit the client to benefit them in a way that helps them live their lives to the fullest. I manage their money and how they spend it and along with helping them do budget and figure out what best works or them. I meet with them once a week or more depending on what is scheduled for them. I take them to their appointments and stay with them through them, so I have the correct information for the information needed on the ISP. This job calls for multitasking and hands on with clients and a great deal of scheduling and driving.

Jan. 2022 – Jan. 2023 RPH – Oregon City Terrace Apartments & Capitol Plaza Apartments – Resident Service Coordinator

Social work both outside and inside of the complex. Outreach programs to help the residents. Settle disputes between the residents. Set up and arrange all the events. Input all work orders for the maintenance request. Set up a

food pantry for residents and gathered food boxes for those who had no way to pick them up. Work with them individually doing interviews to assess their needs. Helped them with insurance issues, and much more issues when they would arise. Work in RealPage, write up notices for residents, and help with recertifications.

Sept. 2021-Jan. 2022 – Home Instead Senior Care – Caregiver

At this position I would go to Seniors homes who needed care and help the with their needs. This can consist of giving them their medication, bathing them, fixing them food and feeding them, cleaning there living area, dressing them and all around caring for their everyday needs. This would involve charting notes and making sure that everything was in place before the next shift started.

Jun. 2020 – 2022 Robert & Fern Fisher Caregiver

I would take care of Robert and Fern on Weekends. Robert had to be feed by a stomach tube three times a day along with medications and he was 98 years old and Fern had dementia and I would give her medication and make sure she took her medication also. While I was with them, I would also pick up the house and do laundry. Also, would give baths and basic caregiving needs.

My main duties at this job were to care for 2 children. I would arrive before school wake them up and help them get dressed and prepare their breakfast and feed them and make their lunches, packed them and take them to school. Then I’d pick them up after school and give them snacks, do chores and work on their homework with them and fix dinner.

Self-Employment, I do all the advertising and marketing for my company and have built this company from the bottom to having a monthly check come in each month. I give classes about the product and explain what and how the product works. I get the clients signed up and then train them on how to hold classes and market the product and then how to hold classes. I then hold a few classes for them and then they are off to start their new business. This keeps going and then the tree fills up and the business just grows.
