DataMaster is a program that was created for appraisers that imports MLS and Public Records information into the DataMaster software and then integrates with their appraisal software to help them write the appraisals. The sales process starts at the beginning of the demo call when I would train the appraisers with a one on one hands-on training demo and fully customize the software to report the information in the format that they wanted reported on their individual appraisals. They were given a trial period after which they bought into the fantastic benefits that are provided by DataMaster. This did require me to be knowledgeable on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac requirements, especially after the housing marketing crash and the fall out and reform of banks and lending institutions. I would also provide tech support, troubleshooting and the best customer service to not only my clients but to the clients that I would take phone calls from.
