PMC (Professional Maintenance Co.)– Frederick, MD 2012-2014

Cleaner/Secretary

Performed cleaning duties which included; office buildings, apartment buildings, houses, private owned companies etc.

I also developed over time experience with a clerical position that demanded me to do office work such as, scheduling, setting appointments, assigning employees to said work site to clean. Received hand on experience that I taught myself with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & some Excel.

Accomplishments included:

• Moving up in the company from a cleaner to a secretary for the entire company in a matter of three months. Due to a abundance amount of over achieved work, and responsibility that was taken above and beyond by yours truly that was acknowledged by my previous supervisor.

• Always was a team player with any job I had. This job made the team player part fun because nobody really wants to clean, but when you are doing it with a group and everybody is on the same page the results will be so much more productive appose to a team of people that don’t know anything about being a team player I feel I had a lot to do with why that particular area ran so sufficient.

• Provided direct services while maintaining safety and confidentially, and provided detailed documentation for all employees such as payroll etc.

• Developed a rapport with my fellow co workers in reassuring them that they were great at what they did gave recognition for their work that was performed in order to have happy, ready to work employees. In order to have outstanding work done. I believe it is important to have a solid team of people that are active in developing positive outlooks on the job. Then ultimately the job will be done.
