o Squadron COMSEC Manager (6 months) and worked closely with KG-175D and KG-250 inventories, maintenance, property logs, logistics, and cryptographic keying for devices during ground & flight operations.

This tool was successful in minimizing unproductive collection and target tasking by more than 50% while increasing the capability of limited resources by almost 200% effectiveness as applied to target ISR. Championed first independent baseline review of new high-priority target; project effort totaled more than 3,500-man hours. Drastically reduced unproductive intelligence collection from 80% to near 10% in 30 days.
