o Quick to seize initial objectives and outcomes. Instrumental in fielding a 50-page, comprehensive Analyst guide to produce near-real-time intelligence from multiple streams of information simultaneously.

o Consistently provided expertise to engineering teams during CCBs, and other life- cycle upgrades, noting any impacts to policy, dataflows, processing, Intelligence analysis and exploitation, TTPs, and adeptly recommended enterprise approaches to employment of systems, components, or manipulation of data items.

• Airborne Cryptologic Linguist, SIGINT Analyst, Assistant Collection Manager, Datalink Operator, Curriculum Developer – USAF - Aug 1997 – Mar 2011 o Certified as a datalink operator/producer for critical tactical networks, JTIDS, IBS, and TADIL.

o Squadron COMSEC Manager (6 months) and worked closely with KG-175D and KG-250 inventories, maintenance, property logs, logistics, and cryptographic keying for devices during ground & flight operations.

o Led 200+ staff as Senior Non-Commissioned Officer during absence of 4 superiors. Reported directly to O-4 for period of 8 months, ensuring daily operations ran smoothly

o Performed vital intelligence activities and ISR operations across the Electromagnetic Spectrum (ES); HF, V/UHF, CDMA, 3G/4G, PTT, and Frequency-Agile systems. o Performed directed collection operations and supported warfighters with detailed intelligence assessments supporting combat operations and reduced Improvised Explosive Device (IED) threats to US and Coalition. o Distinguished in combat. o Led 6 junior linguists as team leader: Independently created online software tool to look-up, research, and validate targets prior to vetting process for collection and further exploitation analysis. This tool was successful in minimizing unproductive collection and target tasking by more than 50% while increasing the capability of limited resources by almost 200% effectiveness as applied to target ISR. Championed first independent baseline review of new high-priority target; project effort totaled more than 3,500-man hours. Drastically reduced unproductive intelligence collection from 80% to near 10% in 30 days.
