Brought online a brand-new $28M facility in Abilene. This facility was state-of-the- art and fully automated utilizing a PC/PLC based Repete-Sabre system. Issued all Confined Space Entry, Hot Work, LOTO, etc. permits. Introduced Vendor Stocking, which proved so beneficial, Cargill Animal Nutrition

(Worldwide), established this service at all facilities. As Maintenance Manager I utilized all skills to include budgeting, capital projects, vendor relationships,
