COMPANY CONFIDENTIAL is the world’s largest producer of wood pellets used to fuel power production plants worldwide.

Responsibilities include:

Reviewing and Approving Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) MOC requests and tracking all task items generated from the MOCs.

Writes, edits, and determines value of all Mechanical, Electrical and CBM PMs for the Corporation which is comprised of ten (10) mills and three (3) ports located across the eastern and southern United States

Analyzing and adjusting maintenance activities to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded for safety, cost, delay, fluid consumption, energy usage and housekeeping.

Ensuring mechanical and electrical reliability of equipment such as: pumps, motors, control systems, blowers, centrifuges, hydraulic and grease systems using Best Maintenance Practices and Predictive/Preventive Maintenance Procedures. Planned Repair Turns and Annual Outages.
