Equipped with versatile knowledge of electrical and instrumentation concepts in the process environment. Ability to get power/air to locations in unit, troubleshoot pre-existing I/O process variable loops, and higher voltage circuits, as well. Recently leveraged, nested and commissioned for small/large capital projects in DOW Freeport/Oyster Creek, SHINTECH, Shell, SASOL and Chevron Phillips Chemical. Utilized as QAQC for small turnarounds to large projects in DOW Chemical. Worked with Foxboro, MODV, DeltaV, ABB, BentlyNevada, SIEMENS, Honeywell Distributed Control Systems, AllenBradley PanelView Plus 600/700, and SCADA . Received job packets, resourced engineered specifications to complete pending tasks safely and on time. Performed scheduled p.m.'s, tested/ calibrated transmitters and switches involving multiple process variables. Developed understanding of control logic in mass production industry. Interprets p&id's, schematics, loop diagrams, and elevation drawings to troubleshoot from field to terminations in I/O room to eliminate issues in commissioning/ maintenance environment. Familiar with Fluke, Druck, Foxboro, Hart, Honeywell, Meriam, Martel, Yokogawa process simulators/communicators, wobbulators, decade boxes, and various pumps/ crystals.
