Responsible for team production, allocating work with supervising & facilitating team to get better outcome.

Review & Approve Final Reconciliation and TMV before sending it out to Client, Account Manager & Custodian. Reviewing sensitive posting related to Cash, Spot FX.

Preparing Month end recon & quarterly SOX audit to get it approved by the On-shore counterpart for final delivery.

Handling Escalations from onshore & custodians also Escalating issues to counter parties and internal teams for getting a quicker resolution.

Reconciling Fixed Income securities of the custodian banks (across the globe) and Investment Manager (PIMCO)

Fund accounting analysis of Daily Cash discrepancies & settlement of securities, Futures/option margin issues, Interest and Pay down discrepancy.

Reconciling Cash, Position, and Price& Accruals between major Custodians Banks and Investment Managers into various Securities. Comparing the NAV for the entire Portfolio and explaining reason for differences.

Resolving the queries raised by Custodian, Accounting Manager & other internal Teams.

Was part of transitioning the process from another vendor and played a lead role in successfully migrate the process in 12 weeks.

Sending out tailor-made reports to clients and custodians as per their requirements on a daily and weekly basis.

Closely monitored the sensitive accounts and kept the onshore teams posted in case of any issues.
