Institut Pasteur de Madagascar, January 2018 - October 2021 HSE Policy Implementation: Implement and oversee the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policy at Institut Pasteur de Madagascar, emphasizing occupational hazard prevention, improved working conditions, and environmental protection.

HSE Improvement Planning: Organize and monitor the HSE improvement plan to enhance safety and environmental performance.

Risk Assessment and Compliance: Coordinate risk assessments and ensure HSE regulatory compliance, analyzing workplace situations, accidents, and occupational diseases.

HSE Advisory Role: Provide guidance and support to the Health and Safety Committee, service managers, and HSE representatives. Training and Communication: Participate in HSE training and effectively communicate to foster a safety and environmental responsibility culture.
