RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
LOGISTICS ANALYST / SUPPLY SUPPORT
Contractor to Missile Defense Agency (MDA) in the Ground Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) program. Support in the logistics management function at Vandenberg, SFB. Roles include: inventory control, PHS&T, and control of Government property through Federal Acquisition Regulation compliant procedures. Support spanned across many Integrated Product Teams (IPT’s), such as: Operations & Sustainment, Flight Test, Ground Systems, and Interceptor. Manage 3rd party warehouse labor to ensure first time quality & safety services. Manage and use DoD vehicle management processes, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) in property and material management. Support Engineering and Maintenance with project supply management function. Program is ISO9100 & 14001 compliant.
LIAISON / RANGE LOGISTICS
Supported and coordinated logistics for all Western Range Operations Communications & Information (WROCI) established Forward Supply Points (FSPs), Range Support Stores (RSSs), bench stock, and spare items. Duties included spares monitoring, issuing and receiving between Standard Base Supply System (SBSS) and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) users. Updated inventory data, performed internal audits and stock level Assessments. Interacted extensively with Government customer and site maintenance personnel in the receipt, staging, and allocation. Managed spares on the various subsystems for the Launch Test and Range System’s (LTRS). Performed extensive research when unknown variables exist and actively coordinated the outcome. Ensured that lateral support requests were processed promptly and storekeepers satisfactorily received, tracked, and disposed of all inbound/outbound material. Coordinated the routing of all Due-in From Maintenance (DIFM) repair and returns. Actively supported both internal and external audits for all DIFM accounts and location, receiving two
(2) 100% audits with 30th RMS and the SBSS contractor.
DEPLOYMENT OPERATIONS LOGISTICS ANALYST
Managed shipment and repair of non-serviceable parts from the field. Coordinated with engineering and mission execution teams to determine spare forecasts. Performed receiving inspections on spares and consumables for deployment operations. Performed packing and crating duties, prepared shipment paperwork and reported status of shipments. Issued, received and managed parts in Logistics Support System (LSS)
SCM LEAD INVENTORY SPECIALIST
Performed inventory management for UAV Program. Worked with production planning, manufacturing engineering, and quality to ensure delivery of materials to meet production schedules. Worked with procurement on non-compliant materials returned for repair. Pulled and issued all materials to Support Sales Orders. Back-up for Shipping and Receiving.
