Partnered with Talent Acquisition & Technical leadership to hire 40+ senior level full-time technical employees in the Bay Area & nationwide.
Led sourcing efforts for Full-Stack teams, Engineering Managers, Product Designers and Machine Learning Engineers, consistently surpassing quarterly goals.
Hired 17 software engineers during the third quarter of 2021 and expanded the newly acquired Upstart Auto Retail team fourfold by hiring 75% of its total software engineering staff.
