Reformed project management to surge efficiency by leading the global team’s transition from Waterfall to Agile starting with the migration of product launch data from legacy spreadsheets to the Jira database platform.

Resolved the team’s impediment to adopt Jira by creating easy to understand, yet detailed, interactive training materials.

Coached multiple high-performing cross-functional globally distributed teams utilizing Agile principals in the launching of Ethernet, Internet and Fixed Wire Access suppliers across the Americas (LATAM, Canada, and the USA) onto BT’s new Global Fabric Platform.

Executed the rollout of 60 international Point-to-Aggregate hubs, 70 Point-to-Point circuits, 8 Ethernet Access suppliers, and 8 Data Centers (4 in USA, 3 in Asia Pacific, and 1 in Europe), plus expansion of Equinix services to 6 European countries. This resulted in the highest percentage of deliveries from my unit during the 2020-2023 timeframe.

Organized the Carrier Neutral Facilities Launch Program, migrating services from BT’s existing GPoP’s to the Equinix facilities. This enhanced BT's Global Cloud-Based services by 15% through enablement of BT’s P2A access via the Equinix Fabric (ECX).

• Created low-level, high-level and end-to-end solution designs supporting the BT Global Remote Access Network. These designs

were instrumental in the closure of the Infonet VPN services network (IVS), Migration of MobileXpress (MX) services to the BT

MPLS Network, BT global LAC migrations and Authentication Server migrations for DSL networks in Belgium and Germany.

Utilized extensive SQL skills in owning the end-to-end migration and verification of extensive databases between Unix RADIUS AAA authentication servers located in Global Data Centers and used to collect usage and billing records.

Adhering to the SDLC Process, conducted verification testing of the newly delivered features during the testing phase of each staged release. This task included updating the MxToolkit Low Level Design (LLD) to properly reflect the latest capabilities and network configurations. Defined product requirements during the Planning phases. Provided comprehensive technical support during the Deployment and Maintenance phases.

Created low level network diagrams supporting all lab and staging interconnectivities to BT’s active MPLS network.
