Provided basic support and monitoring of children having or area at risk for specific physical and mental disabilities.
Reviewed and prepared disabilities referrals to be submitted to the Local Education Agencies (LEAs) and Regional Centers (RCs), including creating individual Disabilities Service Area (DSA) files for each referral.
Assisted with entering data into ChildPlus in the Disabilities Module which includes referrals, IEPs, IFSPs, and any other disabilities related information.
