• Apply technical expertise with analytical focus to the managing of multiple projects assigned

• Primarily, as a detail-oriented project manager, to critique the estimating take-off against the contracted scope, specifications, & architectural plans, examine the contract, and begin the process of entering project data within Innergy software system

• To create the SOV, create logical work orders, build materials list budgets, and satisfy BOM’s

• Prepare submittals RFI’s, VEO’s, Change Proposals, and AIA worksheets for invoicing
