Managed and built a culture of safety, opportunity, and leadership. My team was able to decrease violations while increasing teamwork and refining On-Time-Delivery. This increase is to the point we have moved from the lowest OTD score to one of the highest along with being preventable accident free. As a part of this team, I would work with the other parts of the company to find the value we can add and help support all teams in Nestle. My supporting leadership role in the warehouse as they have transitioned Managers and employees allowed me to hone my skills in warehouse operations and systems and yard operations. I have also managed multiple projects at over a million dollars in support of the DC and my team.
