● Responsible for obtaining authorizations for outpatient substance abuse and mental health outpatient treatment services.
● Creating and Maintaining relationships telephonically with Care Advocates at several insurance companies including; Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and Cigna.
● Responsible for auditing electronic medical records to ensure medical necessity is documented for each patient.

● House manager for four months before being promoted to Housing Director. As a house manager, I was responsible for overseeing the self-administering of medications four times a day, nightly note-taking on each client to ensure their safety at the residential level, and the transportation of clients daily.
● As Housing Director, I was responsible for managing a small team of house managers and provided them with the training necessary to succeed as a house manager.
