● Responsible for obtaining authorizations for outpatient substance abuse and mental health outpatient treatment services.

● Creating and Maintaining relationships telephonically with Care Advocates at several insurance companies including; Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and Cigna.

● Responsible for auditing electronic medical records to ensure medical necessity is documented for each patient.
