- Direct up to 16 maintenance personnel (Mechanics, Industrial Electricians, and support contractors), responsible for maintaining production equipment to include: predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for a 24/7 (union) nicotine pouch producing plant operation. Plan and schedule maintenance, create work orders for repairs, procure parts, and oversee CMMS SAP work order system. (2017-2021)

-Direct 15 personnel (machinists, welder, apprentice, and storeroom clerk), responsible for the predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment for a three shift 24/7 plant.

Maintained carton finishing plant equipment to include;

Printing presses, cutters, paper lines, carton finishing plant equipment, and other associated auxiliary plant systems equipment.

-Oversaw and directed all contractors performing major repairs/maintenance on low pressure boilers, compressed air systems, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, fire protection systems, mobile equipment training and all other facilities maintenance. Lead safety training for the following; Created safety plans for infrequent maintenance and equipment overhaul, safety audits, deficiency reports, repair proposals, material procurement, stock/tool room inventory and personnel administrative management systems.

-Direct up to 8 technicians, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on Chillers, DX equipment, air handlers, ERUs, exhaust fans, pressure vessels, chemical pumps, blowers, compressed air systems, medium/low pressure steam systems, domestic water, laboratory chambers, Metasys and Tridium controls, emergency generators, and other associated equipment.
