JOB PROFILE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparing of documents related to import and export and cargo handling, shipping lines.

Facilitate start up communication between shift and team members

Participate in management meeting to represent the team. Monitor package and label of products accuratly at POL&PDO Pramod safety quality and housekeeping

Schedule live plan

Submit the shift and reports for the carry over the shift to perform operations in good safe including men machine material quality and safety.

Ensure QPS updating

Support training plan for the team member

Supervis and manage workload for 30 to 35 members

Support and motivate team members and ensure the meeting the target of team Matrix and NWG project kaizan

Support GFPS implementation

Be knowledgeable of all operation within team provide coverage for the member who are away from the work area(Absent relief emergency first aid etc). and perform other task facilitate team goals.
