HVAC/Refrigeration Technician (40 hrs per week)

Working on HVAC Commercial (Heat exchanger, electric heat), Ice machine, Walk in Freezer, reach in cooler, under table freezer, Walk in Cooler, reach in cooler, under table cooler. Hands on Bunn water machine, Steamer, Cold line, Hot line, Sink, Power soak. Working on kitchen equipment such as Fryer, Rethermalizer, Grill, Evo, and Sandwich prep station.

Southwire: Carrollton, GA November 2022- February 2023

Extruder 2 position (60 hrs per week)

Set up and operate extrusion lines and related equipment, including extruders, pay-offs and take-ups (manual or automatic)

Responsible for proper setup of extrusion line 0735-16 and related equipment with correct tip and die .

Responsible for application of correct print of acceptable quality on cable using Advaris system

Set up the line tension, check the ratio, the heat, and start the line using Allen Bradley PLC

Send the print to the line printer, check the OD using the Electronic Supervisor

Maintain correct wire size, insulation thickness and concentricity
