I worked for FedEx for 20 years in a customer facing role. This role worked along side sales to determine a customer’s automation needs. I would then put together a plan and present along side sales in order to win the business. For the past 4 years I moved into a marketing role representing the same automation platforms that I worked with customers on. My marketing role was as a junior project manager and subject matter expert. In this role I analyze customers wants and needs for the automation platforms they are using. I also represent the customer when new services and features are needed to be added to the software. I work in an Agile environment to insure features and enhancements are released in a timely manner.

For 20 yrs I was a IT consultant for FedEx consulting with customers on computer automation and implementing the solution. In September 2020 I moved into the Marketing side of the FedEx shipping platform and currently research and deliver new features to promote new services and customer experience. During my 23 years with FedEx I have received multiple Bravo Zulu awards for my contribution to projects.
