UPS was contracted to do the Logistics Management portion for Ford Motors Company for their Chicago, Detroit, and Cleveland production plants. I was contracted by UPS to be Transportation/Fleet Manager. I monitor service levels to ensure external carriers (AWC) meet service requirements. Works with service providers (ROUSH and TDM) to resolve service inconsistencies. Dispatches information to service providers to schedule freight movement. Resolve vendor performance issues immediately to ensure carriers are paid on time while analyzing our local reports of inventory levels. Travel to local client sites to audit inventory levels and quality compliance. I maintain and create exceptions report and contact to follow-up with vendors regarding exceptions from those reports. Participate in daily conference calls with vendors and clients.

Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. (Warehouse Supervisor)

May 2018 - February 2019 (10 months) Greater Chicago Area

I supervise the staff of Warehouse personnel, which includes but not limited to checkers, loaders, and forklift drivers. I also officially supervise the loading and unloading of all route trucks, big rigs, and transport. I maintain and control warehouse inventory and reconcile inventory varices on our SAP system CONUS. I work closely with internal management to make sure all day-to-day activities are achieved.
