PROFESSIONAL SYNOPSIS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Role purpose: As a Project Manager to provide operational leadership and direction, broadly define and comprehensible metrics for operational success, provide short- and long-term strategic goals and objectives, and lead special projects as designated by high management. Oversee the construction management, including site management, engineering, planning, risk management and logistics, and all relevant construction functions to ensure that the project always runs smoothly and efficiently, while meeting set budgets. Leading the transition to the new premises

• Take a lead role in planning, managing to the new premises and to work closely with the operations Director to ensure a smooth and successful transition.

• Directly responsible for operational readiness and the development and implementation of an efficient, effective, and appropriate construction stages for the Project. Oversee project Procurement and budget

• Comprehending and managing the full procurement and finance cycle and follow-through of company procedures for Material Requisitions, Supplies, Services, Equipment Maintenance/Repairs, Petty Cash, invoice payment and budgeting.

• Responsible for managing construction budgets, ensuring that all contractors and suppliers deliver best value for money and meet the project requirements.

• Oversee capital expenditure on projects related to the construction of the project.

• Gain a comprehensive grasp of the current annual budget; monitor and control costs and continually drive efficiencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Construction/Project Management

• As a Manager, Project, be responsible for both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings / departments and premises within the target company.

• To be effectively lead and manage assigned construction of the project in adherence to engineering, planning and quality procedures.

• Also providing my experts in handling entire department’s teams for “Health / safety regulation compliance.

• My main duty in day to day is to provide leadership to the assistant engineers, team leaders and technicians, to maximize the efficiency.

• Provides strategic and operational leadership of all activities in construction, renovation, and engineering. 2. Risk Management, Health and Safety

• Promote high standards in Security, safety, health and welfare for both staff and visitors. Day to day leadership and direction

• Provide leadership, strategy and direction, and take the lead in developing best practices in all operational aspects of the project.

• Oversee office management and day-to-day IT logistics, including phone system and work with IT Department to support broader goals for information systems.

• With the Security Department and Visitor Lead Coordinator, oversee and promote the highest standards for project staff/workers services and security; ensure the efficient and amiable delivery of reception, security and visitor services functions.

• Develop a strategic plan leading to the project's accreditation. EXPERIENCE SUMMARY
