REDUCED THE TRANSPORTATION WASTE

MOVEMENT COST

Reduced the transport cost for my customers with

my idea. Cost reduced the waste MOVEMENT

value by 4 lacks per annum.

REDUCED THE OVERPROCESS AND WASTE

OF TIME

Reduced the machine stoppages from 10 times to

zero and reduced the rubber RECYCLING

process. Machine downtime was reduced from 60

minutes to zero.

REDUCE MANPOWER MOTION

Front-level machine operation buttons were

connected to the machine conducting panel. Due to

this REDESIGN front operator waste of MOTION

and ERGO was reduced.

RUBBER SCRAP REDUCED

Controlled the extruding process scrap while the

hopper emptied the issue. 100 kg reduced every

occurrence due to the new work method of my

idea.

FORKLIFT RENT COST REDUCED

One FLT was reduced due to the ideal time

working conditions calculated. A new work

method was followed.
