Responsibilities: Roomed patients, took vital signs, gave injections and taught shot classes as needed. Responsibilities: I was Medical Assistant for two Physician Assistants, updated controls everyday as need when I was the early person, took vital signs on every patients, roomed patients, updated patient information, restocked rooms with drapes and gowns daily, washed all speculums daily, clean rooms, in charge of cleaning autoclave weekly, and stocked supplies, I was the early person on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday for early shift which started at 7:30 a.m., took part in huddles in the morning, assist both Physician Assistants with all annual exams, faxed information for PAs, checked all supplies for expiration dates daily, ordered all labs, proposed all medications, handled all messages coming in for PAs and helped the Nurse Practitioners message log daily, ordered all ultrasound for PAs, handled all faxes from pharmacies for refills on medication for patients and worked with all different kinds of IUD placements and set-ups. Helped set up for colonoscopy procedures.

Responsibilities: Handled all patient charts, cleaned all charts, set-up new files and closed patient charts, Kept all supplies cleaned for next use and put them into proper areas.
