I currently serve as office manager for two physical therapy clinics within our private practice. I'm also the billing liaison, and insurance specialist as well as the HiPAA compliance officer/trainer for our practice. I provide managerial support to staff with planning and oversight for the delivery of care within each location. I ensure quality customer service is provided to our patients and maintain an efficient office workflow. I oversee the demands of the office staff, physical therapists, patients and outside vendors.
