I worked for this company and my job was to operate a CNC lazer machine model and brand (Pirahna Laser series L510) the machine's job was to cut different types of materials such as aluminum, stailess steel, iron, ext. These materials cut with different designs for cabinets, tables for restaurants, different pieces for food trucks. and kitchen equipment. Some tables were assembled by hand, coolers and freezers were also assembled for outdoor restaurants. The CNC machine worked with the AutoCAD system, it worked with oxygen or nitrogen that I changed according to the indicated material. I worked for this company making medical devices humans body. work different types of CNC Machines such as(cnc swiss lathe -sw-20-star)that machine was used to make screw of different sizes for the human body. also work machine (Fortune vturn 26 cnc lathe) implant called (trabecular metal)were made on this machine,all the pieces were measurement tools such as Caliper, micrometer, high gage, plug gage, optical comparator, Mitutoyo bright 707 CMM. the part were also inspected by an inspector (QA)the measurements had to measure exactly as the blueprint said . i had to maintain the machine after each shift . change tool if necessary.
