Sourced, interviewed, scheduled interviews for hiring managers, made offers, and completed new hires work for the applicants that were hired into the applicant tracking system (Workday). Sourced candidates through indeed and LinkedIn. Successfully recruited over 120 positions since I began working there. Recruited for both facilities at Dallas and Frisco. SENIOR RECRUITER (2008 to 2021)
Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to create job profiles that will attract the best healthcare and support talent in the industry. Oversee full life cycle recruitment including strategic sourcing, pre-screening, applicant testing, interviewing, negotiating offers, closing qualified candidates and on-boarding new employees for over 50+ managerial and support requisitions for Advanced Practice and Critical Care service lines.
