Developed test requirements and procedures for Environmental & electromagnetic interference (EMI) testing efforts. Collaborated with a cross-functional team of engineers to develop and test electromagnetic shielding solutions for RISE power projects, ensuring compliance with stringent safety standards. Performed testing in accordance with DO160 requirement from Airbus.

● Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve hardware design issues, contributing to the successful launch of new products.

● Environment testing included high temperature, low temperature, temperature variation, vibration

(Random-Operation shock-Crashock), Altitude-decompression-overpressure, crash safety Constant Acceleration (at DNB Engineering), and more.

● EMI testing included Radiated Susceptibility (RS), Conducted Susceptibility (CE), Dielectric & IR tests, ESD, Induced Signal Susceptibility (ISS), ISS E-field and H-Field into Equipment and Interconnecting Cables, Radiated and Conducted Emissions, more.

● Supported Engineering as conducted ENV & EMI testing at DNB Engineering as needed.

● Collect all testing results from each testing including test data from test procedures (ENV & EMI), poster, setup pictures, scan & log data, plot graph, etc.. Generated ENV & EMI reports for Airbus.

● Generated the wiring diagram for connections of testing each unit including inside & out cables for ENV & EMI with length required and cables for vibration (X,Y, and Z).

● Maintained & controlled all test equipment in the calibration process to ensure no test equipment out of calibration is used for testing.
