Professional Experience

BNY Mellon New York - February 2019 to present

Working as Program/InProject Manager and Scrum Master at Clearance and Collateral Technology Group of BNY Mellon. Responsible for the development, rollout and maintenance of a new Clearance and Settlement platform for US Treasury and Mortgage securities. This platform is currently used by all the primary broker-dealers and is a unique offering industry-wide.

Key responsibilities include:

●Partner with business and operations stakeholders to map the business objectives and recommend technology solutions.

●Manage large technology programs through initiation, planning, execution and closing stages.

●Work with individual PMs and Scrum teams for daily stand-ups, preparation of release and sprint plans, reviews and retrospectives.

●Ensuring alignment and communication across divisions, including variance reporting, budget risks, opportunities, timing, and savings.

●Conduct projects SOX compliance to streamline control.

●Perform program and project financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.

●Assess and manage risk and dependencies within and across the program throughout its lifecycle.
