Train all new deli bakery hires for the store on how to greet customers, how to properly use and clean deli equipment, how to make customer sandwich orders, check temperature and dates on cooler items, teach the differences between deli meats, and proper food safety.

Greet customers, assist with deli and bakery orders, including sandwiches, cakes, and pizza. Gather information and ask questions to ensure cake orders are correct. Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy to solve a problem.
