1.As I already mentioned I was a business man and not politically involved with the regime before 2018 and with any other. The regime was led by Abdi iley who was Ethiopian Politician and the president of the Somali regional state of Ethiopia from 2010 to 2018. He was the enforcer of the Ethiopian People’s Revolutionary Democratic Front’s (EPRDF) cruel security agenda in Ethiopian Somali inhabited low lands. After many years of disruption and political instability in the region the fall of Abdi Ilay’s regime came on August 4, 2018 when a new administration came to power. This new administration started reforms in the entire country and hunting of any one they think had connections with the previous regime and that is where I am in; because I was from the same tribe with Abdi Iley and had business during his regime it does not mean I was politically involved. I really even do not know him and had nothing to do with him and with his political rivals too but when this new people came they had misconceptions and they came after me.

2.The arm that came to my store and looted may property were from the new regime of Ethiopian Somali regional state that came to power in 2018.

3.To say about the injuries, beyond imprisonment, humiliation, beating and continuous threatening, the only physical injury I could say about was damage to my teeth.

4.The jail I was sent to for three different times was in Gode town, and on the last time, I escaped from their detention facility on my own on 12th of March 2023.

5.On March 27, 2019 the same army came to me claiming that I was planning to leave town and threatened me if I did so they would kill me.

6.On January 06, 2022 it was the time I reached out one of the police stations in Gode town who instead of giving me justice put me in jail again.
