• IT Concierge provided the highest level of Customer service and technical support to GlobalFoundires executive staff.
• Initially hired as the first engineer in this position to support the CEO and his staff. With an effective support model and strong relationships, when the CEO moved, I moved as well.
• In addition to leading the Concierge(White Glove Service) organization I assumed responsibility for US end user computing(Desk Side support).
• The mission was to onboard and ensure each executive was productive from day one supporting their compute, network, data back and recovery and security needs.
• Our team of experts is available 24 by 7 by 365 to respond and resolve issues and provide guidance leveraging the broader IT organization as needed.
• The objective was to take the proven formula from Concierge to enhance traditional end user computing services.
• I was tasked with using the formula of customer service used in concierge with all the operations teams for desk side support.
• Managed 21 Full time employees and 10+ contractors with global responsibility and North America as the focus.
