Lead Art Director for Free Country® designing packaging, hang-tags, POP displays and pallet displays. Selection of vendors to meet tight budgets and time lines. Supplying accurate production ready files while maintaining and defining the company’s brand and identity. Produced large format files, 4C, spot colors, foils, and digital printing, all production ready. E-mail blast, web banners, social media assets, powerpoints and video editing. I redesigned the companies trade show booth, dealing directly with the vendor to ensure large format files met specifications while the design highlight our vision, brand and identity. Designed & Managed the creation of the first Free Country® Pop-Up Store beginning with renderings ending with real retail store. Design and production of all in-store signs, large format images, window designs, video presentation and in-store merchandising layout. Managed all the details for Free Country‘s first brand store; sourced retail fixtures, selected and oversaw all vendors for the installation of store interactive experience, window-vinyls, in-store images, fixtures, electricians and cleaners, problem solving and managing to the store opening. This was a major success making a profit while reinforcing our brand to compete with well know competitors. Reaching our customers directly resulted in new e-mails, data for future apparel designs, increased revenue to our e-commerce site, increased sales to other retail stores along with improving our brand recognition. Supported the launch of the Free Country® Pop-Up Store with flyer's, mailers, web banners, bag designs, advertisements in Time-Out NY, trade magazines and news papers, sign changes, highlighted product promotions, along with product information for the newly hired sales force. The store remained open 6 weeks longer than planned because of a high profit margin.
