I am currently the Corporate Serialized Asset Manager for Sam’s Club U.S. and Puerto Rico. I manager the maintenance and procurement strategy for 59 asset categories for the aforementioned locations which totals approximately 80,000 individual assets. I work across various support teams within the Real Estate division of Sam’s Club to ensure that the Club Managers and Associates have maximum uptime of their assets with as minimal interference to operations as possible.
