OBJECTIVE

Seeking part time remote employment as a call specialist and customer support with an exciting, growing, and established company to challenge myself and to augment my full-time income to build financial stability for my family.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experienced answering service call specialist. Responsible for answering calls, documenting details of the call, and contacting the appropriate on call personnel. When appropriate, provide accurate pricing information to callers and advise next steps in process. Worked as a Trainer for new call specialists and as an Assistant Supervisor, responsible for call reviews, scheduling, and technical support.

EMPLOYMENT

2017 –CURRENT Call Specialist / ASD

Answering calls for funeral homes and related businesses. Responsible for call control during what could be a caller’s most sensitive and emotional moment in their lives. Match callers timing and sensitivity. Document accurate details of the call, determine if call is urgent and then contacting appropriate on call personnel, or if call is routine and then client can access the message when they check in. Provide pricing for some at need families. Give callers funeral service schedules.

2008-2016 Assistant Supervisor, ASD

Manage and organize a team of over 100. Work out scheduling and employee morale building. Calculate and process payroll. Assist clients with technical issues and upsell the accounts as needed based on client issues.

2017 –CURRENT Vice President / Relationship Banker, M&T BANK

As a Business Banker I manage the relationship of our business clients, assisting with all servicing as well as developing cash flow and strategic plans for their business. I work with startups, helping them go from idea to opening doors. Business come to me seeking assistance with M&A and expansion plans, from new locations and new equipment. During the Pandemic I assisted with the deployment of PPP funds. New members of our team are scheduled to meet with me as I help develop and mentor them to success.

2012-2017 Assistant Vice President / Branch Manager, M&T BANK

Coaching and developing my team and being a resource for the Greater Philadelphia team. In addition to people development, I am the first point of contact for many of our business clients, helping them with cash flow and lending strategies. I manage the relationships between the branch and the various business partners to create sustainable growth for both internal and external clients. In 2016 I assisted with the conversion of Hudson City Bank into M&T Bank.
