We have three fire tube boilers Capacity 20 ton/hr of dry steam & Pressure 8-10 bar, 160 C temperatures.

Mechanical DE aeration by Spray type De-aerator.

Chemical De-aeration by using Hydrazine Hydrate. Boiler Drum Treatment System:

Tri sodium phosphate to maintain pH value, contamination control and sodium to phosphate ratio. Condensate water Treatment system:

Ammonia (NH3) to maintain pH value by neutralizing Carbonic Acid in steam condensate return. Demineralization Plant:

We have six trains of demin. Water each can produce 30 m3/hr (silica <10 PPB). Three lines are being operated at a time & other three remained under regeneration/ standby. Ion exchange unit of two parallel de-mineralized water trains with counter flow regeneration and with fully automatic PLC based operation. Having

Reverse Osmosis Plant:

We have two trains of RO plant having capacity 40 m3/hr each. Both lines remained in operation as and when required. Permeate water conductivity is less than 30µs/cm.

Cooling Towers:

We have five cooling towers, Induced draft cross flow types and it fulfills plants cooling water needs. The cooling water circulation capacity is 22000 m3/hr each.

H2SO4 dosing system to maintain pH of circulating water

Phosphonate dosing program for corrosion & deposit control.

NaOCl and bio dispersant dosing to control Algae growth Chemicals Handling:

Sulphuric acid unloading and dosing system

Job Responsibilities:

Operation of Reverse Osmoses and Demineralization plant.

Operation of all dosing at cooling towers HRSGs and other water system.

Operator and Maintain of different type of pumps parameters including chemical dosing pumps and waste water.

Trouble shouting of all type dosing and chemical systems and parameters.

To raise Service request Material Requisition purchase order through using the Maximo software.

Treatment of Cooling Tower water, Waste water, closed cooling water, Aux cooling waters, Boiler water and DG Set Jacket water, R/O water, Demin water, HRSG feed water and Drums, Boiler condensate.

Handling of bulk chemicals H2SO4, HCl, NaOH and Hypo with safe unloading procedure Fauji Fertilizer Company

Power Generation:

This section has two Combined Cycle General Electric (G.E) Gas turbines MS-P5001 Series rated power 18.0MW. Auxiliary Boiler & Waste Heat Boiler:

This Area Consists Of Three Water Tube Boilers.

Two Waste Heat Recovery Unit HRSG of Turbo Generator Forced Circulation Boilers. Made By Foster Wheeler ENGG. USA Producing High Pressure Steam (38kg/Cm2 & 380 C ) At 55t/Hr.

One Water Tube Natural Circulation Auxiliary Boiler With Force Draft Furnace Made By Combustion Eng. USA Producing Very High Pressure Steam (105kg/Cm2 & 510 C ) At 77t/Hr. Boiler Feed Water System:

This Section Consists Of

DE aerator (Mechanical and Chemical DE aeration Of BFW).

Hp BFW Pumps.

Mp BFW Pumps.

Condensate Recovery Tank Of High And Low Pressure Condensate. Steam Turbines:

We Have Three Steam Turbines Using Steam of 38 Kg/Cm2 & 380 C

Cooling Tower:

Induced draft cross flow with nine cells, water in system is 80000M3 with circulation Rate of 32000 NM3/hr. five centrifugal pumps are installed having capacity 8000 M3/hr. One of them Turbo driven. Zinc phosphate base treatment is used in water for corrosion protection.

Pre-Treatment System:

Plant having Sludge Contact Clarifier with Max. Flow rate 1450 M3/Hr and Holding Capacity of 3200 M3. We use Both Surface (Canal) & Ground (Well) Water. We use the cold lime softening process and also add Polyelectrolyte as

(Flocculent) and Alum Sulphate as coagulant.

Demineralization Plant:

Water Treatment Plant Commissioned By “ELCAR PATERSON ITALY”. Demin Plant having 3 lines. Each line having capacity of 165 M3/Hr. 3 No. Mix Beds for the polishing of De-Ionized water & Process Condensate. Technical Trainings:
