- It is very high pressure (105kg/cm2) steam driven turbine
(POWER 09MW).
- Turbine is impulse, Reaction, Induction, Extraction and condensing with vacuum surface condenser.
- Modern instrumentation i.e. WOODWARD Governor for speed & extraction pressure control, Bentley Nevada vibration monitoring system.
CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR (NUOVO PIGNONE)
- Dry gas sealing system.
- Four Stage Compressor having MCL & BCL with latest anti surge loop.
- Compressor has four knockout vessels with high level securities and also has final high pressure and low pressure securities

UREA SYNTHESIS
- Urea Reactor consists of sieve tray. (R-4101)
- NH3 stripper using saturated medium pressure steam.

- Having two centrifugal NH3 pumps with operating
pressure 240kg/cm2 and capacity 130 m3 /hr and two centrifugal carbamate pumps with operating Pressure 180kg/cm2 and capacity 76 m3/hr. Both pumps are
manufactured by Company USA SUNDSTRAND.
- HP carbamate condenser with low pressure steam

- Having P.D compressor of air for passivation of urea equipment discharge pressure with 150kg/cm2
