LPG Handling at PARCO:

Responsible to check the Tank farm and Oil Movement Area and report any abnormality to shift supervisor.

Receiving LPG from LPG Merox unit in LPG Storage Spheres and LPG Storage Bullets, safe sampling, feeding to fuel gas system. LPG transferring, handling through pipeline to marketing company.

Tank Farm Area:

I have experience Crude charge to refinery (CDU), Storage of LPG, Crude Oil, Intermediate Products, Blending Components and Finalized Products like Motor Gasoline, Jet A-1, Jet P-8, SKO, HSD, LDO & Fuel Oil. Intermediate storage (Light Naphtha, Heavy Naphtha, Reformat, VGO and Stab.Naphtha).

Blending Operations:

Of following products like Gasoline 92 & 95 RON and Jet A-1, JP-8.

Finished Product Transfer:

Supply of product direct to marketing companies through on facility like Truck Loading and products transfer to local Terminals through Pipe line.

Finished products transfer (Pipeline / truck loading) also performed other activities like tanks switchover operation, inter-tank transfer (ITT) and re-injection system.

Water flushing and Air blowing of pipeline, leak test of pipeline, N2 purging of pipeline according to procedure. Chemical Injection & Handling:

Terminal Operations (Pipeline Operations (PLC):

Programmable logic control, I have command in Operation of Crude Oil, HSD,Gasoline 92 RON and multi product transferring across the country through pipelines (864 Km Long 16”),Decanting of Local Condensate Crude

Pipeline Pigging: Responsible for Pig Receiving, Launching and internal pipeline cleaning, gauging with different kinds of PIGS.

Commissioning: of Refinery Storage tanks like Crude Oil, pressurize Isomarate tank,Internal Floating Roof, Centrifugal Single Stage to Multi Stage Pumps, new Pipeline and many type Valves.

Special Jobs / Assignments:

Actively participated in Refinery Turnaround and conduct activities for Cleaning and inspection of

LPG Spheres, Cleaning and Inspection of Crude Oil Tanks,Mo-gas, JETA-1, JP-8, Diesel Tanks.

Change of HSD tank service to MOGAS, Change of HSD tank service to Fuel Oil.

Installation and commissioning of Octane booster (MMT) injection system for MOGAS blending.

Revamp Project of Refinery (Tank Farm & Blending area).

Carries out Chemical cleaning of Crude Oil Tanks as team leader/Area Operator.

Internal Tank Cleaning:

Hand on experience of Crude Oil (EXTERNAL FLOATING ROOF), Diesel, Kerosene oil, Fuel oil (FIXED ALUMINUM DOOM ROOF) Mogas (INTERNAL FLOATING ROOF) and JET-A-1 (FLOATING PUMP SUCTION) Tanks internal cleaning & LPG Sphere internal cleaning

Tank hand over to maintenance, Pump hand over to maintenance.

Log all the activities performed in the shift.

Monitor maintenance activities. Proper follow up of work permits
