I am a Commercial Real Estate Broker license #****6919 and General Building Contractor with C-21 demolition specialty endorsement license #667185. I have been in the real estate profession for over 40 years. I am also a General Building Contractor with C-21 demolition specialty endorsement.

I am the President of Real Estate Developments, Inc. RED Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation. It is a commercial real estate broker and redeveloper of historic buildings, such as the 57,000 SF Napa Mill, the 90,000 SF Old Winery in Escalon, CA and the 78,000 SF V and T Railroad Roundhouse in Carson City, Neveda. Its real estate brokers license is #02022306. I work primarily in the Sacramento communities of Carmichael, Citrus Heights, Fair Oaks, North Highlands, North Sacramento, Orangevale, Rio Linda and Rancho Cordova.

During most of my real estate career, I have been primarily involved with residential income properties. I have rehabilitated over 240 projects totaling over 3,200 residential units including apartment complexes in excess of 150 units. My career also includes the development of professional office buildings, such as the 24,000 sf. 900 Fulton Avenue building and industrial properties such as the 40-acre Morrison Creek industrial park. I have been a Superior Court Receiver, appointed to operate distressed properties during foreclosure for the Court, the largest of which was the Watergate and Pelican Cove apartments, 157 units in Pinole CA. During this time, I was licensed to carry a concealed weapon due to the dangerous conditions that prevailed at these complexes and the need for forceful management.

Kaufman building - 17,000 SF historic rehabilitation project in Corning, CA

Thayer Apartments - 36 units historic rehabilitation project.

Jackson Road Land Company – forty-acre industrial park

Morrison Creek Industrial Park – forty- acre industrial park subdivision

Foothill Golf Course – 9- hole golf course planned for PUD condominium development.

Port Sonoma Marina – 105- acre marina with 456 berths.
